We’re throwing it back to one of our favorite months: May! Celebrating the end of school, Memorial Day Weekend and jumping into the pool are some of the best ways to ring in summer. Another May favorite of ours is the Schnepf Farms Peach Festival where you can pick your own peaches, enjoy peach-filled desserts and enjoy a carnival with the family!


In honor of the festival, Queen Creek Olive Mill released a delicious Peach White Balsamic Reduction. Sounds wonderful, right? The Mill’s Peach White Balsamic Reduction is a tasty way to keep that fresh, juicy, slightly tart flavor in your kitchen all year long. It’s like putting the best parts of May on repeat! All that’s left is perfect weather year-round for swimming.


Here are four great ideas from Queen Creek Olive Mill on how to use their Peach White Balsamic Reduction!


1. Whisk together a Sweet Vinaigrette

This sweet twist on the tradition vinaigrette can add just the flavor you are looking for. Try mixing Peach White Balsamic Reduction with infused or co-pressed olive oils for amazing flavor combinations (Like this one here). Whisk three parts extra virgin olive oil, one part Balsamic glaze, and a bit of sea salt for a perfect salad dressing.

2. Drizzle it on (literally) Everything 

It's as easy as that; drizzle Peach White Balsamic Reduction on anything and everything. Try some of our favorite drizzle-on-ers:
