Mesa, ARIZONA, June 3, 2010–  Mesa’s blossoming Italian Deli, Cucina di Vita, is now serving pasta, wraps, Italian soda and is open until 8:30pm on weeknights.  The most recent pasta pleaser is the spaghetti and meatball dish served with garlic bread, for only $5.99.  There is a pasta special that changes weekly and is delightful when coupled with one of the 10 flavors of Italian soda that have recently become available.  Cucina di Vita’s hours of operation are now Monday through Friday from 9am to 2:30pm and 5:30pm to 8:30pm and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm.
