Women's Premier League Championship - Division I & II Nov. 12 & Nov. 14 Tickets Available for Purchase, Public Welcome The Mesa Convention & Visitors Bureau, City Of Mesa Parks & Recreation and Mesa Public Schools have secured the first-ever rugby tournament in Mesa. Being held next week, the Women's Premier League Championship, part of USA Rugby, will compete Nov. 12 and Nov. 14 at Quail Run Sports Complex in Mesa.
