It’s back-to-school season and we want to help start your school year off right! We have gathered some tips & tricks to help you make the transition from Summer into Fall just a little bit easier:

  • Ease back into a healthy sleeping pattern and set a morning routine (The National Sleep Foundation recommends 7-9 hours of sleep a night)

  • Learn and map out where all your classes are going to be

  • Plan on how you are going to get to & from school

  • Plan your lunch ahead of time whether you’ll be eating on campus or bringing a lunch from home

  • Time management is key, start a day planner or To-Do list

  • Pick out a first-day outfit that conveys confidence

  • Have a positive outlook from day 1

  • Pick a note taking strategy that’s right for you

  • It’s a new semester and you are there to learn – have fun!
