Arizona Museum of Natural History

The museum is once again hosting the very popular Dino Egg Hunt on Friday April 3rd. The fun includes children's craft activities and a dinosaur touch cart with factual information about dinosaur eggs. Dino eggs will be replenished that evening until 7:45 p.m. Special discount pricing for this event is $9 for adults over 18 years, children three to 17 years are $5 and members are free. The entire museum will be open, so plan to come and have "eggs-ceptional fun!"

Mesa Arts Center

Easter is just around the corner and the Downtown Mesa Association is planning their second Easter Egg Hunt and it's bigger than ever! They will be hiding over 24,000 eggs at the Mesa Arts Center and on Main Street! This event is open to kids of all ages!

The Downtown Mesa Association will be hiding eggs at the Mesa Arts Center and the Downtown Mesa Businesses on Friday, April 3rd and we invite you and the kids to come check out downtown, hunt eggs and spend some time in Mesa enjoying the beautiful weather of Spring in Arizona. Don't be late... the Egg Hunt will start promptly at 11:00 a.m. at the Mesa Arts Center and continue onto Main Street where participating businesses have eggs for you to collect! The Egg Hunt at the Mesa Arts Center will be divided into age groups.

Planetarium at Mesa Community College

Explore the amazing Universe in our state-of-the-art Planetarium! Our Astronomy Nights are the first Friday of the month. FREE Tickets are handed out at the door on a first-come, first-served basis. We are no longer accepting reservations for Astronomy Nights. Shows are every half hour starting at 6:00 P.M., the last show is at 9:30 P.M. Wait times do not normally exceed a half an hour. During Astronomy Nights, we also offer telescope viewing of the Moon, planets, and other celestial sights. Unlike the planetarium shows, telescope viewing will only occur if the skies are clear.

Motorcycles on Main

A family friendly event that happens every first Friday of the month. Roads are closed to car traffic and open to motorcycles so you can cruise down Main Street, enjoy a fabulous show of motorcycles, or park and show your bike. The fun includes live music, beer gardens, food, vendors, and more.

Mesa Arizona Temple Visitor's Center

Experience the life of Jesus Christ as told through song and dance within view of the beautiful ‪Mesa Temple. The free pageant begins on March 25 at 8 p.m. and runs until April 4. No tickets are required, and everyone is welcome to attend.

Schedule for the day:

TIME: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Egg Hunt begins Promptly at 11am!

8:30 a.m. Farm opens (country store, breakfast, UPICK)
9:00 a.m. Registration begins & Train rides
9:30 a.m. Bouncing pillows, carousel, honeybee, flying farmers, swinging lady bugz & hay rides begin.
10:00 a.m. Easter Bunny arrives and will be available for photo's in pond area.
11:00 a.m. 0-2 year old hunt will begin promptly on designated grass area. Signs are posted. 3-5 year olds, 6-8 year olds and 9 and older hunts will follow one after the other.
11:00 a.m. Lunch service begins on outdoor grill. Parents can order with burger or hotdog on outside grill or from lunch menu in cafe
11:30 a.m. The Easter Bunny will take a brief carrot breakfast
11:45 Easter Bunny stays on the farm until 1pm.

2nd Annual "Show and Tell" Car Show

Patrick Peterson (Arizona Cardinals, 3X NFL Pro Bowler and All-Pro Cornerback) and Kandy Shop Creations will be hosting the 2nd Annual "Show and Tell" Car Show where local car collectors will have the ability to come out and show off their car collection and car enthusiasts will be able to tour a wide variety of automobiles. The show is open to all types of vehicles. Patrick Peterson will also be on site and will be showing off his extensive car collection! The event is open to the public and entrance to the event and registration is 100% donation based. All proceeds raised from the event will be donated to The Patrick Peterson Foundation for Success which hosts several annual events that directly benefit the Phoenix Community! Guests will be able to take a look at the cars, listen to music by Dj Adidas and sample local cuisines with vendors such as Cold Stone Creamery, Piggly's BBQ and The Grilled Cheese Truck showing their support for the event.
