Saturday is our Cowboy Cookout. Seating is available inside or outside the Lodge.
The menu includes:
• Steaks hot off the grill
• Chef’s Choice of BBQ Chicken or Pulled Pork
• Cowboy Beans
• Creamed Corn
• Smores around the campfire
Happy Hour (5pm to 7pm); Dinner (only 1 seating at 7pm)
Tickets: $35 + tax Adult; $20 + tax Youth (5-12 yrs old); Free (4 yrs under)

Meet Chef Marc Rosen: Chef Marc comes to us with many years of ranch/hotel, and country club experience. All the way from the Rocky Mountains, Chef feels very comfortable in the ranch lifestyle and he is excited to share his culinary vision with our local and international travelers.
