We’re hiring an Assistant Manager to serve as the Manager on Duty during assigned shifts. This role is responsible for leading the team, delivering a great customer experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
• Act as Manager on Duty during shifts
• Lead, coach, and support team members
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and shift execution
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards
• Support scheduling, training, and basic inventory needs

Requirements:
• Prior leadership or shift lead experience (retail or food service preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable making decisions
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed

This is a part-time role (20–30 hours/week) with growth potential for the right person.
