Summary of Position:

The Olivespa Production Associate is responsible for producing all Olivespa items. Following the production schedule made by the Olivespa Production Manager, the Production Associate is to work closely with the Production Manager in order to efficiently manufacture all products to the best of their ability, creating beautiful and clean skincare products. This includes, but is not limited to following standard operating procedures, following and adhering to all production policies, restocking retail area, communicating with customers, following checklists/ opening & closing procedures, updating running inventories, communicating to the Olivespa Production Manager about everything, and anything that may need change or improvement within production and retail.

This position will start out as a Part-Time Associate and potentially turn into a Full-Time position with the right candidate.

Job Specific Responsibilities

Complete daily checklists
Make Olivespa products by following standard operating procedures according to the production schedule made by Olivespa Production Manager
Sell products and convey Olivespa’s message to customers
Ensure weekly orders for retail stores are filled and verified correctly
Maintains an organized and well-sanitized production studio environment
Help manager to merchandise retail area according to the season, events, etc.
Log daily production

Must be 19 years of age
Have a passion for natural living, skincare, and beauty
Excellent critical thinking & decision-making skills with strong attention to detail
Have outstanding customer skills and an outgoing friendly personality
Customer Service Skills: How you interact with customers is crucial for repeat business, employee morale, and the health of your company. Great customer service skills will help you solve issues before they become problems, and help foster customer loyalty
Time Management: Work with employees, customers, and management. Time management is essential to make sure everything gets done
Be able to communicate with and understand the predominant languages(s) of customers and staff
Possess an up-to-date food handler permit (manager) or credential for the county in which he/she is employed
Be able to cope with the stress of seasonal sales activity and hours
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
