Soak in the music and culture of the Emerald Isle at Experience Ireland on Saturday, March 13, and Sunday, March 14. The whole family can enjoy exploring Irish instruments with curator Richard Walter, PhD, and crafting an iconic shamrock. You will be transported to the rolling hills of Ireland by lively, acoustic tunes from Irish band Trotters Wake (Saturday), traditional Irish, Scottish, and American folk music by Stilicho (Sunday), and a Celtic solo performance by violinist and vocalist Scott Jeffers of Traveler. All activities are included with paid museum admission!
To support social distancing, we are limiting the number of guests at each activity. Visit Guest Service on the day of the event to check availability; participation is on a first-come, first-served basis.
