Each Thursday evening, inside in our dining room, you will be served a Prix Fixe dinner menu with delicious beef, seafood or chicken entrees with scrumptious sauces, tantalizing side dishes, together with homemade breads, salads and luscious desserts.

Meet Chef Marc Rosen: Chef Marc comes to us with many years of ranch/hotel, and country club experience. All the way from the Rocky Mountains, Chef feels very comfortable in the ranch lifestyle and he is excited to share his culinary vision with our local and international travelers.
