Insider Guide: Arizona’s Only Double-Decker Carousel

Here’s an insider tip we’ll share just with you, and anyone else who reads this, Superstition Springs Mall in Mesa has the first and only two-story carousel in Arizona.

That’s right, two-stories of counterclockwise fun where kids can pick from 24 different animals to ride including a sea dragon, elephant, triceratops or a gorilla.

Sweeten the ride with a chocolate milkshake from the Dairy Queen or a cookie from Paradise Bakery and Café in the nearby food court and climb to the second story of the carousel to get a bird’s eye view of all the great shopping you’ll experience afterwards.

The fun for kids doesn’t end there! Superstition Springs Center Kids Club powered by National Geographic

Kids is hosted weekly and is a fun learning experience for all ages.

Family friendly shows and community events happen seasonally at the outdoor amphitheater, which also doubles as a great place for kids to run around when a show isn’t happening!

Share your favorite animal to ride at the carousel with us using #CityLimitless and be sure to brag to your friends back home. We may be partial, but this carousel sounds cooler than the world’s second largest ball of string.
