As Rogers explains, the goal is not just to compete, but to create a system where fighters are supported for the long term, both professionally and personally.


That same spirit of innovation extends beyond the league. Through F3 Energy, Rogers is also redefining what performance and focus can look like, developing products that prioritize both physical energy and mental clarity. His journey, shaped by personal challenges and a deep connection to the Mesa community, reflects a broader commitment to building something meaningful right at home.


Joining the conversation is Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, a name that carries weight across generations of MMA fans. Known for his dominance in the cage, Jackson offers a different perspective. Behind the persona of “Rampage” is Quinton, a self-described positive force who values humor, connection and bringing light to others. His story is a reminder that even the most intense competitors are multifaceted, balancing discipline, identity and purpose both inside and outside of the spotlight.


Together, their work is leading to Freedom Fight Night, an event designed to spotlight rising fighters and create new opportunities within the sport. What makes this one especially unique is where it is happening: right here in Mesa, at Mountain View High School. While it may not be the traditional arena setting, that is exactly the point. The focus is on building from the ground up, investing in the community and creating access to something bigger. For Ashley, it adds an extra layer of nostalgia, as the event takes place at her own alma mater, proving just how close to home this movement really is.


Beyond the fights, this episode captures a larger theme: the power of building where you are. From Mesa roots to national ambitions, both Rogers and Jackson are showing that big ideas do not have to start in big places.
