Overview

Join us at Yak N Sup for a peaceful afternoon on the water with Carolyn from Higher Vibrations 111. We’ll meet between 1:30–1:45 PM, get you set up, and launch at 2:00 PM for a paddle into the serene beauty of Tortilla Cove. From 2:00–2:30 PM, you’ll enjoy a gentle paddle through the canyon’s golden walls and take in the stunning afternoon sunshine on your return to the marina.


At 2:30 PM, settle in for a full hour of healing sounds with Carolyn as crystal bowls and instruments fill the air. The Sound Bath from 2:30–3:30 PM offers a soothing, restorative experience—perfect for melting stress away and reconnecting with nature at Canyon Lake.
