Overview

This collaboration blends complimenting flavors with 5 beers from Pedal Haus Mesa. Each one worked directly into a recipe dreamed up by Chef Leo. From soups to sorbet, this menu is geared towards using lighter but super flavorful beers to compliment each dish they’re included in. Don’t worry, we’ve got a dark IPA we’re using as well!

Pedal Haus Brewing will be on-site pouring samples and curated pairings, guiding guests through how each beer enhances the dish and why certain styles shine in the kitchen. It’s part cooking class, part beer tasting, and 100% hands-on fun.
