60-minute Beach Bootcamp Workout

Where else on earth can you crush a beach bootcamp, then go hike in the stunning Sonoran Desert? Nowhere! But Revel Surf Park and Ascendify Wellness make it possible for you right here in Mesa, Arizona on Saturday mornings.

In this class, you’ll get to soak up the sun and start your Saturday right. Fitness is so much better with friends and you’re guaranteed to work on your beach body with like-minded wellness warriors like yourself at our beach bootcamp.

What to bring
A water bottle to say hydrated
