Overview

The Chocolatiers Series® launches January 30 and runs through February 27 across Salt & Straw shops nationwide. This February, chocolate takes center scoop as we partner with some of our favorite chocolatiers and bean-to-bar makers from across the country to create five scoopable chocolate-forward flavors. Each flavor is a love letter to these makers’ unique approach to their craft, and to everyone whose love language is chocolate.

The lineup of decadent flavors includes:
Chocolate Almond Gold Bar (with Fran’s Chocolates)
Cake Batter Chocolate Fudge (with Compartés)
Chocolate Toasted Buttermilk Torte (inspired by Cloudforest)
Raspberry White Chocolate Cheesecake (with Stick With Me)
Cocoa Nib Root Beer Float (v) (with Dandelion Chocolate)
