Basic Job Details

Riverbound Sports, a leading provider of water sports gear and accessories, is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, engaging with customers, and ensuring that the store is visually appealing and fully stocked. Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.

Essential Duties and Qualifications

A fun outgoing person that enjoys the outdoors with at least 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service. A passion for water sports and outdoor recreation to become a true gear junkie. An ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to all customers. Assist customers with finding products and making purchasing decisions. Monitor and maintain inventory levels and ensure that the store is fully stocked. Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash and credit card transactions. Assist with receiving and out-bound shipping.
