At approximately 120,000 acres, Maricopa County is home to 10 parks and is one of the largest regional park systems in the United States.
The city of Mesa consists of 200+ parks (including 133 basins) covering more than 2,000 acres throughout the city (use interactive map locator). Two of those parks (Countryside and Quail Run) are Dog Parks, with designated off leash dog areas.
