Mesa Arts Center

At the Mesa Arts Center (MAC), the largest arts and culture complex in the Southwest, you can experience a dynamic mix of live performances, art exhibitions and hands-on workshops featuring both local and international talent. The MAC's contemporary design is a work of art in itself, showcasing stunning public installations that inspire everyone who walks through its doors.

Mesa Arts Center also houses the free Mesa Contemporary Arts Museum, an exciting visual art exhibition space with five unique galleries featuring both emerging and internationally recognized artists.

Downtown Mesa Art Tour

Don’t miss the self-guided Downtown Mesa Art Tour, where you can explore a modern twist on Mesa’s history through nearly a dozen unique murals painted by up-and-coming local artists from various disciplines. Keep an eye out for nearly 40 public art sculptures along Main Street, all part of the city’s permanent art collection.

idea Museum

The idea Museum offers an interactive play place where children can explore their imagination through design in art, science and technology. Check out the new idea Lab, which seamlessly bridges art and STEM through immersive experiences designed to ignite creativity. Young ones (4 and under) can enjoy imaginative play in ArtVille, a socks-only space.

ASU Mix Center

Innovation meets tradition at the ASU Mix Center and the Plaza at Mesa City Center, where film screenings, cultural events and art installations keep creativity alive throughout the year.
