This collaboration blends bold cooking techniques with six Phantom Fox beers, each one worked directly into a recipe dreamed up by Chef Leo. From marinades and reductions to glazes and unexpected flavor bombs, these beers won’t just be in your glass, they’ll be in your food.

Phantom Fox Brewing will be on-site pouring samples and curated pairings, guiding guests through how each beer enhances the dish and why certain styles shine in the kitchen. It’s part cooking class, part beer tasting, and 100% hands-on fun.
