JOB DESCRIPTION:

DAILY TASKS:
•Greet guests and warmly welcome to the restaurant upon arrival.
•Make all of our guests feel comfortable and let them know you are there to personally take care of them.
•Know regular guests by name; know their preferences and needs.
•When a line forms, ensure guests waiting have menus, are greeted, and know about our specials so that they are ready to order when they reach the register.
•Thank guests as they leave.
•Manage online orders and delivery platforms, including guest recovery
•Complete daily side work according to the daily side work checklists

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•Be a people-person who loves creating a welcoming atmosphere and giving great service.
•Experience working with customers or restaurant guests.
•Excellent English speaking and writing skills are important and you should be comfortable working with computers.
•Be able to stand for periods of time and, if needed, can lift 25-50 pounds.
•Must have the ability to work weekends and some holidays.
•Maricopa County food handlers card Arizona title 4 alcohol certification.

•Prepare our menu items from scratch following the recipe to produce consistent results.
•Know and comply with standard cooking methods, techniques, quality standards, and kitchen practices.
•Cook a variety of meats, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
•Portion all products, follow the recipes, and always ensure the plate presentation is up to Worth standards.
•Follow the sanitation standards, make sure your work station stays clean and organized, and follow all food handling standards.
•Use the waste log as needed.
•Team player, able to work multiple roles not excluding washing dishes when needed.

•Keep the restaurant running smoothly by washing prep dishes, plate-ware and glassware through the three compartment sink, dish machine and helping to polish glassware.
•Keep the dish/prep room clean and organized, the kitchen floors mopped and sanitized.
•Fill/change all sanitizer buckets 6am, 10am, 2pm and 6pm
•Maintain adequate levels of clean plates and glassware and prevent any breakage or loss.
•Follow proper rules of hygiene and food safety measures.
•Take out trash in the kitchen at the end of shift, and/or as needed throughout the day.
•Breakdown any cardboard and take it to the dumpster immediately to prevent build up.
•Take direction and feedback from leadership.

•Perform general cleaning of all guestroom surfaces to include tub, wall tile, hard floors, walls, windows, mirrors. Report any serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager/supervisor.
•Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications.
•Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
•Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards and anticipate and address guests’ service needs. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals.
•Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
•Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
•Assist with moving, lifting, carrying, and placing of objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds.
•Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
