Take a culinary road trip through Napa Valley at The Vistas Pavilion at Las Sendas with A Wine Dinner Along Highway 29.
Inspired by one of California’s most iconic wine routes, this special evening will take guests from the vineyards of Oakville to the celebrated appellations of St. Helena and Rutherford. Each course features a thoughtfully crafted dish paired with wines from Paradigm Winery, St. Supéry Vineyards, Caterwaul Wines, Vineyard 29 and Peju Winery.
The evening begins with a reception featuring small bites and rosé, followed by four courses including Thai Chicken Lettuce Cups, Lobster Risotto, Black Pepper Crusted Lamb and Slow-Braised Beef Short Rib. Finish the journey with a Dark Chocolate Cabernet Torte with blackberry compote and vanilla bean crème anglaise.
